... all your dash lights are coming on because the car died. Think turning your key to "on" just before turning it all the way to crank. All the warning lights come on. And if it worked fine for a couple days/cold starts after the work and then started acting weird, it sounds like your ECU did it's "learning" thing and ended up self adjusting to where you're at now. I might reset the ECU and see if it goes back to idling correctly Also, why is setting the adjustment screw a "band aid" fix? If you disconnect the valve's connector, set the screw to 700 RPMs or thereabout, reconnect the connector and idle stays around 750... you've just set idle...
